PACE Aerospace and Information Technology GmbH (PACE), a subsidiary of TXT e-Solutions Spa (STAR:TXT:MI), and Nexteon Technologies, Inc. (Nexteon) have been selected by JetBlue (Nasdaq:JBLU) to deploy their flight optimization solution — Flight Profile Optimizer with SmartRoutes (FPO-SR) — directly to the pilots on its entire fleet of aircraft, including the A320 family, A220 and E190 aircraft over the coming weeks and months.

Nexteon Technologies, Inc., a leader in advanced aviation technologies, announced today that it has completed the first in-flight test simulating a cyberattack on an Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B)-equipped aircraft. During the 30-minute flight, Nexteon’s SecureTrackTM technology was able to successfully detect and characterize the intrusion and generate security alerts.

Nexteon Technologies, Inc., a leader in advanced aviation technologies, announced today that it has signed an exclusive technology agreement with Portland, Oregon-based The Innovation Laboratory, Inc. (TIL). Through this new partnership, the companies will collaborate to evaluate Nexteon’s SecureTrack™ technology. This includes collecting and sharing surveillance data from Nexteon’s prototype ADS-B receiver network and developing algorithms that extract turbulence impact information. TIL will also support Nexteon’s flight testing and verification of SecureTrack’s capabilities.

Route Dynamics Corp, a leader in advanced aviation technologies, announced that it has changed its name to Nexteon Technologies, Inc. — a name that better reflects the company’s commitment to modernizing air navigation and enabling more efficient, greener and more secure global aviation. In addition, on February 26, Nexteon agreed to acquire SeRo Systems GmbH through its newly formed Nexteon Europe subsidiary. The terms were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close before the end of the year.
